Tasks & Projects at Tenkai
During my stay at Kioda, I've mainly focused on building social media strategies for a team to grow our audience and boost engagement.
I managed a new project for the company involving Web3, NFTs, and Crypto. In the following sections, I will explain my main tasks at the company and some projects I participated in.
Social Media Strategies
As you read before, my main project at the company was related to investments and crypto, specifically collaborating on launching a new crypto product. I had experience managing social media accounts and reached over 5.000 followers on personal accounts involving crypto markets, investments, and more. The initial strategies were mainly focused on following growth by using different tactics, including collaborations with other brands and projects, ADS, and different incentives like giveaways to start our community following.
After the first three months, we surpassed 4,000 followers on Social Media (Twitter being the primary one) and continued to develop further improvements to the overall account and brand voice.
Project Management
After achieving some good results on social media, Tenkai gave me more people to manage the crypto project, involving a marketing team of around 7 people, including graphic designers, web developers, artists, and social media managers.
I leveraged most of the previous tasks and started training the team on how to achieve good results for our project account, which reached more than 12.000 in the first 6 months.
I was in charge of monitoring and coordinating all marketing efforts to achieve the expected results we agreed on with the CEO of the company.
Analytics & Optimization
We had a bi-weekly meeting with our Social Media Manager, the CEO, and myself to discuss KPI tracking and optimization of ADS campaigns to improve our performance over time and bring this crypto project to life so we can launch the product to the market successfully.
Results & Conclusion
Although I cannot disclose the specific name of the project, we reached over 20,000 followers on our social media accounts before the launch of our crypto product, and the campaign was a success. Below, you can see some of the results we have had on social media posts, starting with the post of our product launch:
And some of the general posts while building the campaign:
This product did well on the markets, raising significant investments in the first months. This also marked the end of my contract with this company, as they externalized all marketing efforts to other partners, and the project management was also acquired from a new business.
My time in Tenkai was really fruitful, and I got to really test my marketing skills and leadership roles within the company; it was definitely a super fun and exciting experience, and we still maintain contact to this date, collaborating on small projects from time to time.
